Stay Hydrated

Proper hydration is needed any time of the year. But it is essentially important during summer. 

If you are a person weighing about 100 pounds, you need to drink about 67 ounces of water. 

And, remember to increase your water intake when you are working in the heat – especially when you are exercising.
